Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an API call?

Each request to our REST API counts as one call. WebSocket messages don't count against your limitβ€”only the initial connection. Batch requests count as one call regardless of how many items you include.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes! You can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to higher limits. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

We don't cut you off mid-month. If you're approaching your limit, we'll notify you. You can either upgrade or wait for the reset. Consistent overages may require a plan upgrade.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Developer and Pro plans. Enterprise contracts have custom terms.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free tier is your trialβ€”it's free forever with real functionality. You can test everything before committing to a paid plan.
