• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software or Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the networks connected to them.
• Transmit or post any malicious code (viruses, worms, trojans, etc.).
• Use the Services in a way that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Use the Services to store or transmit infringing, obscene, defamatory, tortious, or otherwise unlawful content.

If you submit content to the Services (e.g. feedback, data, text, images) ("User Content"):

• You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant StrykrLabs a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your User Content in connection with the Services.
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license, and that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights.
• StrykrLabs may remove or refuse to display any User Content at its sole discretion.

If the Services include paid offerings (subscriptions, licensing fees, etc.):

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the terms presented.
• All fees are non-refundable except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in a refund policy.
• StrykrLabs may change its fees or introduce new fees at any time, but will provide notice as required (e.g. 30 days before change).
• If you fail to pay, StrykrLabs may suspend or terminate your access to the paid Services.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

StrykrLabs does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will StrykrLabs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages;
• loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

In no case shall the aggregate liability of StrykrLabs for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services exceed the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either you or StrykrLabs may terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, but any accrued rights or obligations survive (e.g. payment obligations, intellectual property, indemnification).

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
